At the Central California Alliance for Health, they are committed to supporting your child's health and growth! If you’re on Medi-Cal, they will add $50 to your child's Semillitas account when you:

  • Get all your child’s shots from birth to 2 years old.

  • Get all six wellness check visits for your child in the first 15 months of life.    

It’s easy to get this going. Just sign a consent form that allows Central California Alliance for Health to share your child’s info with us.
